Got very little sleep last night and not for lack of trying. Planes flying overhead (not normally hear those this way), shoulders pinched nerves leading to hands going num and yeah periods.

2 days not enough if doing more than 40 hrs /w eek working for previous 2+ months though.
The day has sucked for various compounding reasons. *sigh*
