Oh, Greece. I've been to Cyprus, which was as close to Greece as I've ever gotten, and it was simply AMAZING. Yes, yes we would. We'd come up with plotlines as we guided and gathered the cows during the day, and then write the new things we'd thought about after dinner, by the campfire, and it would be lovely and great ad awesome and we'd publish books and be rich and famous, but still be cowboys.
